Logistics Centre Rudolph Mannheim
The Rudolph Logistik multi-user distribution centre blends into the landscape and matches the tenant’s requirements
Balancing economy and ecology: during the course of the construction of a multi-user centre in the Mannheim metropolitan area both sustainability and design goals were achieved.
The acquisition of a 60,000 m2 redevelopment site and an investment of some €22m made this project possible – a 32.000 m2 distribution centre for the Rudolph Logistics Group.
The elegant exterior that helps blend the warehouse into the existing landscape is the result of an architectural design competition.
