We provide yout with the space you need! This ist why we are developing a new logistics facility of some 22,000 m² this year at the logistics hotspot of Kempen. Situated near Duisburg, the facility leaves nothing to be desired: state-of-the-art fittings and ideal Transportation links mean potential users of the hall have absolutely everything they need. You don’t need the entire space? No Problem at all – we Have constructed the logistics facility so that it can be separated into to independently sections.

PlanningThe site already has one logistics building and a virtually perfect layout for a second facility, so it is a perfect development space.
ConsultationThe capacity to offer two separate Units means it can easily be adapted to the individual customer requirements.
ConstructionThe green light for construction of the logistics facility, with a surface area of just under 22,000 m², was given in spring 2017, so it will be ready for customers to move into at the end of 2017/early 2018.
RevitalisationTwo existing buildings are to be restored so that the site area can be put to optimum use for the new logistics facility.
ParticularsIn the actually construction part we have still the possibility to regard on individual customers requirements and to see if they need a full or partial rental.
We are creating a logistics facility in line with state-of-the-art standards which can be used by customers on a full or partial rental basis.

A key Advantage of the new GARBE logistic property in Kempen is the possibility of dividing it into 2 separat units. So they can easily be use by different tenants.
Teh old gatehouse and the existing parking spaces as well as the Administration building will remain in the place: They are in such a good condition that they provide sufficient parking, Office and social Areas for the site as a whole.
