Garbe Industrial Real Estate GmbH is building for KV Nagel in Schweitenkirchen
The multifunctional and temperature-controlled logistics centre near Munich, currently under construction, has just under 26,000 m² and just under 125 ramp bays. The new 43 million euro logistics centre has been leased to the Nagel Group, a logistics company that specialises in the storage, handling and transportation of food. The new building will move their offices from Allershausen to Schweitenkirchen, about 10 km away.

LocationThe proximity to the old location in Allershausen was of great importance to our customer. This is why KV Nagel itself looked for the property and selected it for the new building.
PlanningThis project was able to be planned and realized down to the last detail in collaboration with our customer and their specialist planner, and with the active support of the mayors of both Allershausen and Schweitenkirchen.
ConsultacionWe were able to create the optimal logistics property for our customers with the help of our many years of experience and the interplay between logistics specialists and project developers.
ConstructionThe construction time for this project development was fixed from the beginning of construction in November 2015 to the official handover in September 2016.
RevitalisationThe property, which is located directly on the A9, was already ready for construction at the time of purchase and it was developed by the seller.
ParticularsA multifunctional logistics centre is being built here to handle all logistics services for products in all temperature ranges, including frozen goods.

The logistics property has an efficient cooling system with innovative technology with minimised refrigerant consumption and intensive heat recovery. The heat proofing and insulation have also been optimised here.
Space for Employees
An adjacent parking garage with room for around 300 parking spaces was also part of the planning, at KV Nagel’s request.
Space for individual Design
The existing plot size offers KV Nagel enough room for the construction of a specially-operated petrol station, as well as additional parking possibilities.
